Growth systems, built and run
Attention is rarely the constraint. Revenue is lost through a site that does not convert and follow-up that never happens. Avant Revenue builds the system that captures it, then operates it.
The problem
The page loads, they scroll once, and they leave. Nothing directs them toward a decision. A site can look polished and still convert poorly.
A prospect asks a question late at night, or visits without buying that day. Without follow-up, that interest expires. It is the least expensive revenue a business can recover, and most never do.
Every order, enquiry and campaign passes through you manually. Growth is capped by your available hours, and marketing pauses whenever operations get busy.
Services
Three components, and they only perform when connected. That is why a new website on its own rarely changes results.
Site and funnel rebuilt around the single action that generates revenue.
Email, advertising and your customer list connected into one pipeline, so no expressed interest is lost.
A system nobody operates degrades within a month. Avant Revenue runs it, corrects what underperforms, and reports on performance clearly.
Process
What you sell, where traffic comes from, and what has been tried. If the fit is not there, you will be told on the call.
A written assessment of where revenue is being lost and what would change. Yours to keep regardless.
The system is built and you approve it before it goes live. It requires roughly two hours of your time in total.
Avant Revenue operates it, improves it and reports on it. Month to month from the first day.
In plain terms
No account manager relaying notes to a junior team. The person on the call writes the code and runs the campaigns, so nothing is lost between conversation and delivery.
Live production systems: a multi-tenant SaaS platform, automated pipelines that act on data in seconds, and the monitoring that keeps them reliable. Few agencies at this level build software in-house.
The free audit is the proof of work. You receive a genuine analysis of your business and judge its quality before any payment is made.
Selected work
Every project below is live and in use. Any of them can be walked through in detail on the call.
Conversion funnel for a paid membership community. Landing page, live results page and FAQ built as one path from cold traffic to paying member.
Drafting platform built end to end. User accounts, subscription billing, automated invoicing and a transactional email pipeline.
Pipelines that ingest data, decide and act within seconds, with monitoring and failure handling so problems surface before customers notice them.
A worked example of the audit itself is available: see exactly what you would receive.
Pricing
One fee to build the system, then a monthly rate to operate it. An exact quote is provided with the free audit.
Site and funnel rebuilt, systems connected, live in two to three weeks. A 25% deposit to begin, with the balance due on approval at launch.
For brands that need the system maintained and monitored.
For brands with a customer list and repeat buyers, where follow-up delivers the largest return.
For brands ready to invest in paid traffic, with one party accountable for the entire funnel.
Ad spend is never included and never passes through Avant Revenue. You pay the platforms directly from your own accounts, and those accounts remain yours if the engagement ends. Anything outside these tiers is quoted separately.
How risk is removed
Every guarantee has conditions. They are stated here in full rather than left for the contract.
A 25% deposit begins the work. The remaining 75% is due only once the build is live and you have approved it.
The deposit is non-refundable once work begins. It covers time committed to your project.
If the build does not perform as agreed, work continues until it does, at no additional charge and with no time limit.
Scope is agreed in writing before work begins, so "correct" has a specific definition that neither party can change later.
No long-term contract, no minimum term, no automatic renewal. Cancel with 14 days' notice and there is no further obligation.
Completed months are not refundable, which is precisely why there is no lock-in. You never pay in advance for work you have not seen.
Questions
You should not have to take it on faith, which is why the process is structured so you do not. The free audit is a genuine analysis of your business, delivered before any payment. It is a more reliable sample of the work than another company's case study.
You then pay 25% to begin and the balance only once the build is live and approved. Your exposure is limited to the deposit, and you keep the audit regardless.
At a larger agency, a budget of this size is typically handled by a junior team behind an account manager, while the senior people remain in the sales process. Here, the person you speak with is the person who does the work.
Most agencies at this level also do not build software; the typical model is design plus media buying. Avant Revenue builds the systems underneath, which is where results compound.
No, and the reasoning is worth stating plainly. Once campaigns have run for a month, the work has been delivered, the leads have arrived and the data is yours. Refunding it would mean providing that work at no cost, which is why refund guarantees on delivered services are rare and, where offered, usually priced in.
What you have instead is stronger protection: no contract, no minimum term, and cancellation with 14 days' notice. You are never committed to a month you do not want, and on the build side the balance is not due until the work is live and approved.
Whichever platform fits the business. Custom code where speed and control matter, Shopify where full commerce infrastructure is needed, and your existing platform where migration would cost more than it returns. Avant Revenue does not resell any platform, so there is no incentive to recommend one over another.
No. You pay Meta and Google directly from your own accounts, so every dollar is visible and nothing is marked up. The retainer covers the management of those campaigns, and the accounts remain yours in all circumstances.
Access is granted by you, at the minimum level the work requires, through each platform's own permission system: a partner or employee role on Meta and Google, a collaborator account on Shopify, a staff seat on your email platform. Passwords are never shared directly.
Customer data stays inside your platforms and is not exported or copied elsewhere. At the end of the engagement you revoke access from your side in a few clicks, and a written confirmation of what was accessed is provided on request.
All of it: code, domain, accounts, customer list and creative. If the engagement ends, you keep everything and it continues to run. Nothing depends on an ongoing subscription.
Roughly two hours across the entire build. You provide access once through a structured onboarding, answer questions about your customers and what they ask before buying, share any existing photography and brand assets, and complete one round of approval.
Avant Revenue writes the copy, sources or edits any missing assets, configures the accounts and handles the migration. If existing photography is limited, that will be flagged clearly and the work adapted accordingly.
Small brands where the owner remains close to the work: e-commerce, apparel, local services, and membership or subscription businesses. More important than the category is whether demand already exists. If no one is yet looking for what you sell, a better funnel will not change that, and you will be told so directly.
The call covers what you sell, where your traffic comes from, what has been tried, and what success would look like in numbers. You are welcome to ask anything. There is no presentation and no pressure. The purpose is to decide whether the free audit is worthwhile, and if it is not a fit, you will be told on the call.
